Eel salad with onion marinade and cucumber

List of required products:

  • dough for spring rolls 30 g;
  • vegetable oil 20 g;
  • fresh cucumber without skin 30 g;
  • onion sauce 30 g;
  • mayonnaise / kim-chi 30 g;
  • smoked eel 30 g;
  • shavings of tuna 2 g;
  • coriander 2 g.

Begin to cook


  1. First of all it is necessary to take the dough for spring rolls and to make baskets. After that bake them until a crust appears. As a rule, it takes for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cucumber is peeled from the skin, cut into cubes, mixed with smoked eel, onion sauce and cilantro. Everything is seasoned with Japanese mayonnaise with kimchi and sprinkled with the shavings of tuna.
