All in all green salads are considered to be rather healthy for our organism. Why? — The matter is that it contains a lot of vitamins.
Also we can but mention that this dish is usually appreciated by those men and women, who are on a diet or want to be fit or in a perfect shape. Are you among them? — Well, this dish is just for you!
List of required products:
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 100 g of golden bean sprouts;
- 2 cm fresh ginger root;
- handful of peeled peanut;
- 1 medium bunch of cilantro;
- 1 large clove of garlic;
- 1 red chili pepper;
- 70 ml of vegetable oil without any scent;
Begin to cook
- Rub grated ginger root and clove of garlic. You will only need juice, so it can be squeezed through a sieve or even a piece of gauze.
- Finely chop the chili, removing all the seeds before.Chop the cilantro (leave a handful of leaves whole) and rub it in a mortar into a slurry with a large pinch of salt. Mix the mashed cilantro, ginger juice with garlic, red chili pepper and vegetable oil.
- Fry in a dry frying pan a handful of peeled peanut until the condition when smell appears, chop it not too finely. Mix Chinese cabbage with sprouts of golden beans, pour the dressing, mix, sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
