Mushroom salad

Ingredients

  • 450 g button mushrooms

Dressing:

  • 2 cloves of garlic , crushed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Cooking Process

Serves 4

1. Wipe the mushrooms and place in a serving bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together well.
2. Pour over and toss the mushrooms in the dressing.
3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
