Pineapple Pecan Goat cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 600g Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Soft Unripened Goat Cheese log
  • ½ can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp roasted red pepper flake

Cooking Process

  1. Mix all ingredients, except pecans, until well blended.
  2. Form into ball and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Roll the chilled goat cheese ball in ½ cup chopped pecans, and serve. Easy-peasy!
