Rice noodle salad with chicken and vegetables

From the left after the dinner baked chicken you can prepare a chic salad in Asian style. Meat, fried with honey and sesame acquires an unforgettable taste, which perfectly complements the spicy flavored dressing.

List of required products:

  • rice noodles (or feces) 300 g;
  • ginger 1 piece;
  • chili 2 pcs.
  • garlic — 1 clove;
  • soy sauce — 4 tbsp;
  • red balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil — 8 tbsp.
  • sesame oil — 2 tbsp;
  • the remains of baked chicken (or another meat) 250 g
  • average carrots — 1 item;
  • cucumber 1 item;
  • mint 2 branches;
  • sesame 2 tsp.
  • honey — 2 tsp.

Begin to cook


  1. For dressing it is necessary to combine everything in a large bowl: grated finely chopped ginger, finely chopped chili, crushed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, olive and sesame oils. Stir well.
  2. Separate the meat into small pieces. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, at the very end add honey and sesame, mix everything. Carrot and cucumber are cut into thin slices or grate in a kitchen combine.
  3. Rice noodles are boiled according to the instructions and thrown into a colander. Put everything into the dressing and stir. Add meat and vegetables, mix everything. Serve by sprinkling with mint leaves. Enjoy!
