Salad with chicken liver, vegetables and bacon

Today we are going to prepare another delicious and healthy salad! And this will be a salad with chicken liver, vegetables and bacon. This is an excellent dish for any occasion, but especially for the festive table.

You can experiment and add vegetables or fresh herbs to your taste when you are cooking. Instead of chicken liver, veal or turkey ones can be suitable as well .

What products to take

  • 2 tbsp — vinegar;
  • 1 bunch — lettuce;
  • 10-12 pcs. — chicken liver;
  • 2-3 pcs. — fresh small tomatoes (it is better to use cherry);
  • 200 g bacon;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 jar of canned corn;
  • to taste — toast;
  • vegetable oil.

The ingredients, which are used for dressing preparation:

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • 8 tbsp. — vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp — vinegar;
  • to taste — spices;
  • salt;

Begin to cook


  1. Grind the peeled onions.
  2. Warm up the oil in the pan, fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
  3. We pour vinegar to the onion, mix it and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. We put everything into a bowl.
  5. We cut into pieces the liver, peeled from the films and fry in oil, in which the onion was cooked until it becomes ready.
  6. We prepare the dressing, grind the garlic, mix it with the other ingredients listed in the recipe. Everything should become homogeneous.
  7. We cut tomatoes and bacon into pieces.
  8. Take the dish and place the leaves on lettuce on it.
  9. We put tomatoes on them.
  10. Then we put the fried onions.
  11. Now we have to place the bacon and fill half the portion of the prepared filling.
  12. We put croutons (cook them in advance, frying pieces of bread in oil) and then canned corn.
  13. We spread the liver and pour everything with the dressing.
  14. Gently mix everything and do not touch the salad leaves.
