Salad with tuna, beans, carrots and mustard seeds

Ingredients

  • 320g tuna in olive oil
  • 200 grams of lettuce
  • 300 g of green beans
  • 2 pcs. carrots
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 spoonful of white vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Cooking process

  1. Cut the ends of the bean and boil them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Spread mustard seeds and mix with vinegar, honey, a pinch of salt and olive oil to make a salad dressing.
  3. Carrots clean, cut them into strips using potato peeler. Cut the onions finely, drain the juice from the tuna, drain the beans and rinse under cold water so that no liquid remains.

4. Connect all the ingredients in a cup, pour them with mustard dressing and mix well. Serve immediately.
