Unforgettable salad «Fen su» from thin rice noodles

Thin rice noodles are considered to be a dish, which is a traditional one for many oriental countries. It is considered to be rather special, that is why it is recommended to read the instructions given on the package rather carefully, before starting to cook. Otherwise, you will get something really strange and tasteless.

List of required products

  • 80 g of sweet pepper pulp;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.;
  • 1 tbsp. of mirin;

    For the dressing:

  • a few drops of sesame oil;
  • 1 tbsp. of sake;
  • rice vinegar — 1 tbsp.;
  • on a pinch of sugar and salt;
  • vegetable oil — 1 tbsp;
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil for frying;
  • soy sauce.

    For marinade:

  • garlic — 0,5 small clove;
  • 120 g fresh cucumber pulp;
  • 120 g of marbled beef;
  • a handful of boiled jelly ear mushrooms;
  • 80 grams of rice noodles.

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, prepare the dressing: crush garlic to get it in the mashed condition, put it into a spoon, pour with hot oil and quickly warm on the fire.
  2. Put the prepared garlic into a bowl, add the vinegar and the remaining oil, crush into a homogeneous mass, season with salt, sugar and sesame oil. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade, pour the meat into them.
  3. In a wok boil some water, pour it on noodles, cover and leave for 2 minutes, then rinse with running cold water and dry. Thinly chop the vegetables and mushrooms.
  4. Meat has to be removed from the marinade and cut into the same way as vegetables. Dry the wok, put the meat into it and fry it on all sides for a minute. Noodles are poured with dressing and stirred carefully. Leave them for 30 seconds, then put on a dish. Around it is recommended to place vegetables, mushrooms and meat.
