Vegetable salad with peanuts

As you know, perhaps, the salad can be prepared from everything. You can take and combine almost all the products you like. Today we are going to represent you a very interesting combination. – Here is a vegetable salad with peanut! Are you ready!

List of required products

  • 3 heads of Chinese cabbage;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;
  • 5 cucumber;
  • 100 g daikon;
  • 150 g of string beans;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 3 stalks of green onion;
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley.

For peanut sauce:

  • 150 grams of peanuts;
  • 100 ml of coconut milk;
  • 1 tbsp. of liquid honey;
  • 1 tbsp. of fish sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 hot red pepper.

Begin to cook


  1. Green beans is put into boiling salted water and cooked for 4 minutes. After that, drain the water and rinse with cold running one.
  2. Let’s prepare the sauce. Peel onion and garlic and chop them very finely. Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop the pulp carefully.
  3. Fry peanuts in a wok for 2-3 minutes, stirring them carefully and almost constantly.Turn into a clean cloth and vigorously rub with your hands in order to separate the husk. Put peanuts in a blender and grind into small pieces.
  4. Warm up the vegetable oil in the wok and fry onion, garlic and pepper. As a rule, you will need 5 minutes for this. Pour coconut milk, fish sauce and honey inside. Bring everything to a boil condition, cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix with peanuts.
  6. The leaves of Chinese cabbage are washed and chopped in wide strips, the daikon is peeled and rubbed on a large grater. Cut potatoes into thin slices, cucumber — into average straws. Eggs are unshelled, peeled and cut into quarters. Wash the green onion and divide it into segments of 6-7 cm long. Spread the ingredients of the salad on a large serving dish, sprinkle with parsley and serve with a peanut sauce.
