- squid — 2 carcasses
- eggs — 2 pieces
- champignons — 100 gr
- cheese — 50 gr
- soy sauce — 1 tbsp
- greens, salt, pepper to taste
- Boil the squid carcases in salted water for 3 minutes. It is important not to reboil so that they do not become stiff.
- Boil the eggs, separate the yolk from the protein. Fry the mushrooms in the frying pan, add the egg proteins and greens, cover with cheese. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Stuff the squids with the resulting filling and fry them in a frying pan for 3 minutes.
