Saturated soup with vermicelli and shrimps

List of required products

  • chicken broth — 600 ml;
  • coconut milk — 200 ml;
  • chili pepper crushed — 1 item;
  • ginger root — 2 cm;
  • lime juice — 2 tbsp.;
  • garlic — 1 clove;
  • fresh shrimps — 250 g;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp;
  • curry powder — 0.5 tsp;
  • egg vermicelli — 160 g;
  • ground coriander — pinch;
  • macadamia nuts — handfuls;
  • lime peel — 1 item;
  • sugar — pinch.

Begin to cook


  1. Into the broth pour the coconut milk, bring to a boiling condition. Cook the shrimps in this mixture. 2 minutes will be quite enough for this process. Drain the liquid and shell all the shrimps.
  2. Put into the kitchen processor the necessary amount of nuts, garlic, chili, ginger, curry, zest and lime juice. Cut everything to homogeneity. Vermicelli is usually cooked according to the instructions given on the package, rinse them, throw in a colander and dry carefully.
  3. Pour some oil into the wok and fry in it some nut sauce for 2 minutes. Don’t forget to stir all the time. Pour the shrimp broth inside. Bring your future dish to a boiling condition. Cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimps, coriander and sugar. Bring to a boiling condition once again.
  4. Vermicelli is arranged on deep plates and poured with boiling broth and shrimps.
