Buns with meat in the oven

Buns with eggs and meat are an excellent breakfast for the whole family. A very satisfying and incredibly tasty dish can be prepared in less than half an hour. The the entire family will love these buns from the first piece: the tender pulp of buns, a bit crispy, and inside is soft meat and juicy cheese. All together it’s so delicious that words simply can not be conveyed.

List of ingredients:

• round buns (as for hamburgers);
• any meat;
• small ripe tomatoes;
• fresh chicken eggs;
• a piece of hard cheese;
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste.

Cooking process



1. There is no exact proportion, because for this recipe you can take everything in the amount you prefer.
2. Rub the hard cheese on a large grater.
3. At the buns we cut off the tops (these will be our lids), carefully take out the crumb, leaving the walls with a thickness of 3-5 millimeters.
4. Tomatoes, cut out the peduncle, cut into rings of 2-3 millimeters.
5. Meat for cooking snacks can be used absolutely any, by your taste: smoked, boiled, baked — everything will be delicious. You can even replace it with ham or sausage. It is necessary to cut the meat into plates of 3-5 mm.
6. Prepare the foil beforehand: cut it into sheets so that one roll can be wrapped in one sheet.
7. Put the bun on a foil and begin to collect: first we put a plate of meat, on it — a ring of a tomato. We drive one chicken egg and sprinkle all the cheese. Top cover the construction with a lid (cut off by the top).
8. Tightly wrap the bun in a foil and put it on a baking sheet. We also do the rest with buns.
9. Put baking tray with buns in the oven, heated to 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
