Homemade chebureks on kefir

For the dough:

  • 200 ml of kefir;
  • 1 egg;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • 350 g of flour and a little for sprinkling dough;

For filling

  • 500 grams of mixed minced meat;
  • 2-3 onions;
  • 5-6 tablespoons of water;
  • salt and ground black pepper — to taste;

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, we start preparing the dough. Using a wooden spoon, in a bowl it is necessary to combine kefir, an egg and salt. After that add the flour, which has to be sifted previously. In such a way we should knead mild dough. Then leave it for a quarter of an hour on the table.
  2. Let’s cook the minced meat. Peel the onions and chop them finely. Then we send it to minced meat, salt and pepper. Then pour 5-6 tablespoons of water, looking at the consistency of your minced meat, as it should be liquid.
  3. When the dough becomes more saturated, divide it into 10 equal parts. Each of the parts is rolled very thinly. Then put the minced meat onto about a third of the dough. Roll and stick the edges. Using a knife, cut the edges of the dough.
  4. We heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, make an average fire and fry in it the chebureks from two sides until the ruddy color appearance. Then we send them on a paper towel to remove all the excess oil.

Lenten Chebureks

List of required products

  • 180 g of wheat flour;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • 65 ml of sunflower oil;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • 130 g of pumpkin;
  • 80 g of onions;
  • 3 sprigs of parsley;
  • 3 sprigs of dill;
  • black ground pepper to taste;
  • sunflower oil — for frying.

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, we take a separate container and combine in it sunflower oil, water and salt. Then add the sifted wheat flour and knead the soft dough. Leave it for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Let’s cook the minced meat. We clean the pumpkin and onions. After that, they should be cut into small cubes. Then we send them to fry on a small amount of sunflower oil until they become completely soft. Salt and pepper. Chop the dill and parsley. Add them to the prepared minced meat and mix well.
  3. When our dough becomes more saturated, divide it into 4 parts and roll it into a layer. For one half put the fourth part of the filling. Then close the second part and stick the edges. Using a knife, cut the edges.
  4. We warm up a frying pan with sunflower oil and send there our prepared chebureks to roast from two sides to a rosy color appearance. And then put them all on a paper towel, so that the excess fat goes away.

Chebureks with mushrooms and cheese

List of required products

  • 650 grams of dough;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 100 g of onions;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • salt — to taste;
  • vegetable oil for deep-frying.

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, we clean the mushrooms and onions. Then they should be finely chopped and fried in a small fire in vegetable oil. Let them cool down a little.
  2. Using a grater, rub cheese on a small fraction and mix with the prepared ingredients. After that, salt the dish to taste.
  3. We form a so-called sausage from the dough and cut into the same pieces, which are then rolled into flat cakes.
  4. Onto each of them we put the minced meat. Press the second half and stick the edges. We make sure that all the air is released from inside so that the chebureks do not swell and burst when they are fried. Using a knife, cut the dough around the edges.
  5. We heat the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the prepared chebureks from two sides to a golden color.

The Crimean chebureks

List of required products

For the dough:

  • 600 g of flour;
  • 200 ml of water or mineral water;
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;

For filling

  • 500 g of meat;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • ground peppers to taste;
  • 50 ml of broth or water;
  • salt — to taste;
  • up to 1 liter of vegetable oil for frying.

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, we will prepare minced meat. Cut the meat, onion and garlic into slices. Then put all the prepared ingredients through a meat grinder. Then add freshly ground hot and flavored pepper, broth or water and salt. We mix the minced meat carefully.
  2. We prepare the dough. In order to do this, combine water or mineral water with vegetable oil, flour and salt. The dough is knead by hand. Then leave it for 30 minutes to become more saturated.
  3. After the necessary time, divide it into pieces of 50 g and roll balls out of them. Cover carefully, in order not to let the dough to dry out. Leave for another 30 minutes. After that, we roll with our hands a thin long flagellum and twist it tightly with a spiral. So we do in order to give the test a certain pleasant stratification.
  4. Roll out spirals into a round thin flat cake. On a half of each place the minced meat. About a half tablespoon of it. Then it is necessary to stick the edges. They can decorate this dish if you like. Do it either with a fork, a figured knife or fingers.
  5. We send the prepared chebureks to fry on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil to a golden color on both sides. Then we put them on paper towels to remove excess fat.
