Chicken soup with noodles in Asian style

Chicken soup is always good. Why? – You see, in accordance with the experienced dieticians’ points of view, it is rather healthy for our organism. There are a lot of various recipes, but the chicken soup with noodles, prepared in Asian style will definitely draw your attention.

List of required products

  • 0,5 chicken;
  • 1 sprig of thyme;
  • 5 tbsp. — mixture of peppers;
  • salt;
  • red onion — 1 onion;
  • 5 red hot pepper;
  • 100 g of string beans;
  • 1 stalk of leek (only white part is taken);
  • pinch of zira;
  • carrots — 1 item.

For noodles:

  • salt;
  • egg — 1 item;
  • 100 g of wheat flour.

Begin to cook


  1. Wash the chicken and put it onto a saucepan.
  2. Pour inside some cold water. Mind that its level should be higher than the chicken by 2-5 cm. Put the pan on the strong fire and bring everything to boiling condition.
  3. Carefully remove the foam with the help of a skimmer. Reduce the heat to medium, add large-sliced ​​leeks and salt to taste.
  4. Cook for 35 minutes and then remove your dish from heat. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Strain the broth.
  5. Add salt and flour to a bowl. Add the egg inside, add 1 tsp. of water and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a thin layer on the work surface. Sprinkle it with flour. Evenly sprinkle the dough with spices and roll it again with a rolling pin.
  6. Cut the dough into squares with a side of 5 cm. Let it dry a little.
  7. Onions and carrots have to be cleaned. Pepper and beans are washed, the seeds from the pepper are removed. Carrots are cut into thin strips, onion — into semirings, hot chili peppers — into rings, beans — in pieces of 2 cm
  8. Chicken meat is removed from the bone, disassembled into large fibers. Broth has to be poured into a clean pan and brought to a boiling condition. Add the vegetables, cook everything for 5 minutes. Add the noodles, cook for another 4 minutes.
  9. Put meat of chicken and thyme into the pan. Cover with a lid and remove from heat. Leave it to saturate for 30 minutes.
