• 1 kg of cauliflower
• 2 eggs
• 50 ml of milk
• 2 tablespoons flour

• 100 gr breadcrumbs
• vegetable oil for frying
1. Wash out the cauliflower and divide it into parts. Then put them into a saucepan, pour water and boil it. Then add salt, make fire medium and cook for another 5 minutes. After the necessary time, remove from the fire and fill with cold water.
2. Use a fork, whisk the eggs and add milk, black pepper, flour and carefully stir until smooth.
