Potato pancakes are considered to be a very appetizing and incredibly tasty dish. They can be prepared for breakfast or for lunch (dinner) as a side dish to tender cutlets, for example. Their recipe can be found on our website either.
Potato pancakes are able to share such a magical and appreciated by everybody flavor of fried potatoes. You see, in such a way it will be much easier to gather your whole family at the table. Children will be delighted with them, because they will have not trivial and sometimes really boring potatoes, but mini pancakes, which are also rather crispy.
And now we want to surprise you a bit. This dish is prepared without any flour, and this fact makes it less caloric.
List of required products:
- Potatoes — 500 gr;
- Chicken eggs — 4 pcs;
- Salt — pinch;
- Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.
Begin to cook
- First of all, we need to wash the potatoes, then to peel and to grate them. Put everything into a large bowl.
- Then beat the eggs into the potatoes and salt. Mix carefully.
- Pour the vegetable oil onto the pan. After that it is time to put the potato mixture into the hot oil. Do it with the help of the tablespoon. Fry from both sides.
- We put your potato pancakes on paper napkins, in order to get rid of excess fat.
