We present to your attention the recipe for an excellent dish, prepared by our great-grandmothers, who used for its preparation a real stove.
The potato is very flavored, soft, nourishing and incredibly tasty. However, don’t forget that it should be served on the table only hot. You will be surprised at how admirable it is. Cook this dish once, and it will become a regular guest of your table.
List of required products:
- 700 gr of potatoes;
- carrot — 1 item;
- 250 g of pork;
- onions — 2 pcs;
- 5 pod of hot chili pepper;
- 3 salted cucumbers;
Begin to cook
- First of all, we cut the meat into cubes and send it to a frying pan heated with oil. Fry until it becomes half cooked.
- Chop the onion.
- Using a grater, rub on a large fraction the necessary amount of carrots.
- Cucumbers are cleaned, peeled and sliced (at your discretion).
- We put our prepared ingredients to meat. 5-7 minutes should be enough to stew them.
- At the end of the required time, put everything into a ceramic pot. Add the cut potatoes, chopped chili and salt. We pour a little water (so as not to cover the potatoes) and throw the butter inside.
- Preheat the oven and send all prepared for 40 minutes there. Mind, the potatoes should be too thin. Stew it for some time more. The taste will not spoil because of this.
