All in all these scrambled eggs are incredibly flavored and nourishing at the same time. Moreover, it takes a minimum amount of time to cook the dish. It sounds really terrific, doesn’t it?
What products to take:
- 1 bunch — greenery of your choice;
- 3 items — pieces of stale (dry) black bread;
- 6 eggs;
- 1 item — onion;
- 1 item — average zucchini (young);
- to taste — salt;
- for frying — vegetable refined oil.
Begin to cook
- Cut the bread into small cubes (of about one to one centimeter).
- We warm up a little oil in a frying pan, lay out pieces of bread there.
- Fry on low heat until the golden hint appearance.
- We put everything into a container and start preparing the vegetables.
- We cut the peeled zucchini into small cubes, chop the greens and onions.
- Zucchini with onions are fried in oil until the vegetables are ready, at the end don’t forget to season your dish with salt.
- We whisk eggs, pour them into a frying pan to vegetables. After that mix everything carefully.
- Fry your future dish for five minutes, add crumbs with chopped herbs and greenery.
- Serve the dish while it is still hot.
This scrambled eggs can also be cooked in the oven. For this purpose bake the dish for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Enjoy your breakfast!
