It has long been noticed that the simpler the recipe is the more delicious the dish is. Juicy, fragrant and delicious mushrooms, which is good for dinner, lunch or as a snack. The mushrooms cooked according to this recipe have a rich and varied taste. With garlic, they resemble a chicken grilled, with green dill — fried patties, and with green onions — chips.
List of ingredients:
- champignons (per company);
- Wheat flour;
- sunflower refined oil — for frying;
- Salt to taste.
For sour cream sauce
- sour cream;
- cloves of garlic;
- a small bunch of fresh dill;
- salt and spices — to taste.
- Fresh mushrooms, cut slices along and we put in a bowl.
- Add salt to the mushrooms, mix them with hands and leave for 2-3 minutes on the table.
- In a frying pan pour a little vegetable oil and warm it up.
- Roll prepared mushrooms in flour and spread one layer in a frying pan.
- Fry on high heat from two sides, until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate and serve with sour cream sauce. There is such a sauce of only three ingredients, to cook it very quickly and simply. You can serve it not only with mushrooms, but with chicken, and with vegetable cutlets.
- Chop dill into a bowl with sour cream. Toothed garlic (to taste) rubbed on a small grater and sent to the sauce. Add salt to taste and add your favorite spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
