Baked champignons stuffed with cheese

This dish can be prepared for a special occasion or family dinner. Such mushrooms are deliciously juicy, have an unforgettable taste and smell.

List of ingredients:

  • onion -160 gr
  • chicken — 0,1 kg
  • vegetable oil — 40 ml
  • broth — 150 ml
  • hard cheese -0.2 kg
  • medium-sized mushrooms — 12 pcs
  • carrots — 80 gr

Cooking process

  1. Wash champions and cut off the legs. They need to be cut and fried.
  2. Separately fry the finely chopped onions and grated carrots. Mix with fried mushroom legs.
  3. Cook the chicken and twist it in a meat grinder, rub cheese on a fine grater. Mix ingredients with the vegetable mass. The stuffing is ready.
  4. Stuff mushrooms. Put the resulting mushrooms in a pan, pour the broth into it and put it in a preheated oven up to 160 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
