Ingredients
- 8 slices of baguette
- 240g tuna in olive oil
- 200g of mozzarella cheese
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 40ml of olive oil
- leaves of arugula
- salt
- pepper

Cooking process
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into 8 slices, cut the tomatoes into thin cubes. Drain the liquid from the tuna and break it into pieces. Fry the bread slices on the grill or on a griddle.
- Each slice of bread with garlic, pour oil and put a little arugula, a slice of mozzarella and sliced tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the tuna and decorate the leaves with arugula. Serve immediately.
