- cauliflower — 0,7 kg
- vinegar — 200 ml
- water — 1 l
- garlic — 2 slices
- salt — 24 gr
- sugar — 300 gr
- vegetable oil — 50 ml
- seasoning for Korean carrots

Cooking process
- Prepare the cabbage. It must be washed and divided into inflorescences. Then put in a saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the marinade. Take the pan and pour sugar and salt into it, add water, vinegar and vegetable oil. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Separately, we pass garlic through press, chop the greens. With the cabbage, drain the water and put it in a large bowl. Add garlic and greens to it, then pour in brine.
- Remove the resulting cabbage in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
