Classic Healthy Cajun Fries


  • 1 Large Organic Rutabaga
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt
  • Olive oil spray

Cooking Process

  1. Cut the rutabagas into fries size pieces. Rinse and drain the water off and dry with some paper towel.
  2. Add the cajun spice and salt. Rub well on fries and place 1/2 inch apart on a non stick baking sheet.
  3. Spray with olive oil. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes, give and take. Enjoy with your favorite dip!
