- 1 kg cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- Half a teaspoon of salt;
- Black ground pepper to taste;
- 100 g breadcrumbs;
- Vegetable oil for frying;
Begin to cook
- First of all, we wash the cauliflower well and divide it into inflorescences.Then we put it into a saucepan, pour water and bring it to a boiling condition. After that we add salt, make fire to medium position and cook for another 5 minutes. After the necessary time, we remove our product from the fire and fill with cold water.
- Using an ordinary fork, beat the eggs and add milk, black pepper, flour and carefully stir until smooth state. Our cooking batter is ready.
