List of ingredients:
• 500 gr chanterelle
• 1 onion
• 1 bunch of greenery
• 1 tablespoon of sour cream
• olive oil
• Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Clean the chanterelles and rinse them with water.
2. Heat the frying pan and lay out prepared mushrooms in it and remove all moisture from them. Then merge it. Chanterelles should remain dry.
3. Clean the onion and cut into small cubes. After that, reheat the frying pan separately and send the prepared vegetable to fry until it is transparent. Then shift it to chanterelles, pour olive oil and place a piece of butter. Continue the frying process for 7-10 minutes. If desired, add crushed herbs and one tablespoon of sour cream. Fry for another minute and remove from heat.
4. Serve, decorating with lettuce leaves.
