- 2 dessert apples, cored and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled, pith removed and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced
- 225 g black grapes, deseeded
- 100 g strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 300 ml / ½ pint dry cider
1. Mix all the fruit together in a large serving bowl.
2. Stir the honey into the cider.
3. Pour the liquid over the fruit and leave to cool.
4. Serve chilled with single or double cream.
