- 80g of Tuna in olive oil
- 4 friselle
- 12 pcs. cherry tomatoes
- 300 g of washed broccoli tops
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- Mix in the cup 2 tsp. water, 1 tsp. vinegar, a small amount of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Put the frisella on the dishes, sprinkle with the prepared mixture, so that the bagels will soften. Tomatoes cut in half, put in a cup and season with olive oil, salt and oregano. Leave to marinate.
- Make sure that the solid stems from the tops of the broccoli are removed. Cut it into pieces and blanch it for about 5-6 minutes in a large saucepan in boiling salted water. Drain the broccoli water, salt it until it is warm, and season with olive oil. Leave it cool.
3. Serve friselli with broccoli, cherry tomatoes and large tuna fish in olive oil. Season the dishes with marinade from tomatoes.
