You need nothing more than just 4 ingredients to make this rich, tropical smoothie. Simply blend frozen bananas, orange juice, vanilla yoghurt and ground cinnamon together and you have yourself a smoothie.
- 2 c orange juice
- 2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces
- 1 c low-fat or fat-free vanilla yoghurt
- Ground cinnamon
- Place juice and bananas in blender container.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add yoghurt. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Hint: To freeze bananas, peel and place in freezer bag. Seal tightly and freeze.
