Orange Banana Smoothie

You need nothing more than just 4 ingredients to make this rich, tropical smoothie. Simply blend frozen bananas, orange juice, vanilla yoghurt and ground cinnamon together and you have yourself a smoothie.


  • 2 c orange juice
  • 2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces
  • 1 c low-fat or fat-free vanilla yoghurt
  • Ground cinnamon

Cooking Process

  1. Place juice and bananas in blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add yoghurt. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Hint: To freeze bananas, peel and place in freezer bag. Seal tightly and freeze.
