Ingredients
- 1/2 small white cabbage
- 1 onion
- 4 carrots
- 2 tart dessert apples
- 50 g salted peanuts
- 150 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Cooking Process
- Core and finely shred the cabbage.
- Halve and thinly slice the onion.
- Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.
- Peel, core and coarsely grate the apples.
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.
- Turn the coleslaw into a serving dish and serve.
