What products to take

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 2 kg — white cabbage;
  • 1/3 cup vinegar;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. — salt;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. — vegetable oil.

Begin to cook

  1. Initially we should prepare vegetables. — Grind the carrots on a large grater and shred the cabbage.
  2. We begin to put cabbage into a clean jar, adding there with whole garlic cloves and carrots.
  3. We rammed everything and pour there some vegetable oil.
  4. Mix the sugar, salt, water and bring everything to a boiling condition. After that pour vinegar.
  5. A hot marinade should be poured into a jar.
  6. We roll up the lids, wrap everything in a blanket and leave to cool.
