Pickled mushrooms in 4 simple steps

You have not tried pickled mushrooms made by this recipe yet, and you will not find in stores for sure. So, cook it yourself at home and surprise your family. It’s very easy and you will be delighted.

List of ingredients

  • 1 kg of mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper

Cooking process

  1. Wash mushrooms, clean and boil for a couple of minutes.
  2. Drain the liquid and cool it. They must be warm.
  3. Then add the garlic, salt, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf and sweet pepper. Then pour a little boiled cold water so that it slightly covers the mushrooms.
  4. Thoroughly mix and let cool to the end, put in the refrigerator for one day.
