Shrimps with lemon and garlic

The shrimps are cooked in absolutely different way, but the most delicious is a sauce with garlic and lemon. Fry the shrimp in a mixture of two oils (vegetable and cream).

List of ingredients:

• shrimp — 0,5 kg
• vegetable oil — 50 ml
• butter — 25 gr
• garlic — 2 slices
• lemon juice — 2 tbsp
• lemon peel — 1 tbsp
• salt to taste

Cooking process

1. Pre-freeze the shrimp. Then lightly dry them with a towel.
2. Grind the garlic.
3. Take a frying pan, pour oil into it. As soon as it warms up, add butter. Warm it well and pour it into 1 layer of shrimp. Fry over medium heat for a few minutes.
4. Pour the garlic into the shrimps and fry them for another 4 minutes. Fill them with lemon juice and add the lemon zest. Thoroughly mix and serve to the table.
