This makes a good start to a festive meal.
Ingredients
- 1 litre (32 fl oz) tomato juice
- 1 tsp onion pulp
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml/2 fl oz) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp celery salt

- Prepare the onion pulp by scraping the cut surface of half onion with a teaspoon.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jug.
- Chill and serve over ice.
