Steamed dietetic omelette

This omelette is prepared in a special equipment or just steamed. If you want to make it more dietary, pour some water instead of traditional milk.

List of required products:

  • eggs — 3 pieces
  • milk — 100 gr;
  • butter — 1gr;
  • salt — to taste;

Begin to cook


  1. Take the bowl and beat the eggs into it, mix them lightly. Add milk and salt. Mix all the ingredients with the help of the whisk or mixer.
  2. Pour the mixture into the cup for the steamer. Leave to prepare for 20 minutes.

The omelette is ready. You can serve it with a salad or simply as an independent dish.
