Perhaps not everyone knows that it is very easy to cook at home. Cream cheese is one of the most favorite treats for many, and the cooking process takes quite a bit of time and effort. By this recipe we will teach you how to make this yummy melting cheese.
List of ingredients:
• homemade cottage cheese — 500 g
• eggs — 2 pieces
• home-made sour cream — 2-3 tablespoons
• salt — 1 teaspoon
• soda — 1 incomplete teaspoon
• parsley — 5 sprigs
• champignons — 200 g
1. Combine all the ingredients and pass through blender.
2. Put the saucepan on a water bath and cook for a quarter of an hour, stirring constantly. During this time, the mass should melt and become homogeneous. Then we put the it in a frying pan, preliminary adding water in pan. If the mass does not become completely homogeneous, then use the blender once more until the mushrooms are added.
3. Champignons well washed, cleaned and finely chopped. Then we send it to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until it gets ready. Add salt and pepper.
4. When the mass is completely ready, add parsley, pre-chopped and fried mushrooms. Mix everything well.
5. Take the forms and place the mass into those forms, let it cool down completely and place in the refrigerator.
6. If you want to add piquancy to processed cheese, add chopped cloves of garlic to your taste.
