Tender home-made cream cheese

This is a recipe of delicious cream cheese, which many of you buy in the store, making a huge mistake. Now you can make it yourself and get your unique delicious taste and get a natural product in comparison to the ones in stores, which contains dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers. It’s very simple to cook. You need only two ingredients and the result can go as a separate dish, additive to a salad or a toast spread. In order to get this product spicy, you can add garlic.

List of ingredients

  • 500 ml of sour cream (20%)
  • 500 ml of kefir (2.5%)
  • dill
  • salt

Start the process

  1. Lay a colander with a gauze, folded six times.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except dill) in a separate bowl. Thoroughly move and send this mixture to the prepared dishes.
  3. Cover it and put under oppression. Then put it into the refrigerator for 2 days.
  4. Chop the dill.
