Toasts with egg, milk and zucchini

What products to take:

  • 1 item — stale loaf;
  • 2 items — eggs;
  • ½ bunch — dill;
  • 1 item — zucchini;
  • ½ bunch — parsley;
  • 1 packet — milk of any fat content;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 g flour;
  • to taste — salt;
  • for roasting — a mixture of cream and vegetable oil.

Begin to cook

  1. We peel zucchini, cut them into thin rings, season with salt.
  2. We add milk to the eggs and whisk them carefully.
  3. We heat two kinds of oil on a frying pan.
  4. The circles of zucchini are put into flour and then in egg mixture.
  5. Fry them in oil on both sides until they are cooked.
  6. Now cut the loaf, and fry the pieces of bread to a crispy crust appearance. Do it in a mixture of vegetable oil and ordinary butter.
  7. Onto hot toasts we lay out our zucchini.
  8. Chop the parsley, garlic and dill.
  9. Sprinkle our toasts on the top.
  10. We dip the toasts into the remaining egg mixture and fry for literally a minute.
