Vegetable chips are useful and tasty. We can’t even compare them with the shop ones, which are produced with all kinds of harmful substances. Prepare wonderful vegetable chips from zucchini, which will appeal not only to the kids, but also to the adults as well.
The recipe for these chips is incredibly simple. The only thing is to prepare them from young vegetables (without any seeds).
What products to take
- 1 tbsp. — milk;
- 2 items — zucchini;
- 1 egg;
- to taste — dried garlic;
- hard cheese, which is grated finely;
- breadcrumbs;
- pepper, salt.
Begin to cook
- Peel all the vegetables.
- Cut zucchini into thin slices, the thick of which is not more than 0.5 centimeters.
- Add garlic, pepper and salt. After that mix everything.
- Pour milk to the egg, whisk until smooth condition.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese.
- From vegetables, drain the juice, which they managed to reduce.
- Prepare the baking tray.
- Put the vegetable slices first into the egg, then into the cheese mass.
- Place them onto a baking sheet.
- Send them to bake for half an hour into the oven, which is heated up to 200 degrees.
Vegetable chips turn out to be crispy and incredibly flavored. They can be served as a separate dish or with basil and fresh tomatoes. Eat healthily, bringing the advantages to your body. Bon appetit!
