An easy cottage cheese pastry cake

If there is no time for cooking, but you really want to treat yourself with something sweet, prepare such an easy cottage cheese pie. This dessert is fast, but the speed of its preparation does not affect its taste.

Moreover, we can’t but mention that such a pie will be a perfect decoration to the festive table!

What products to take

  • 1 cup — sugar;
  • 3 cups — ordinary sifted flour;
  • 5 g. — salt;
  • 1 tsp — soda;
  • 300 g — butter or margarine;

For filling:

  • 120 g — raisins;
  • 600 g cottage cheese;
  • 1 cup — sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • to taste — vanilla.

Begin to cook

  1. Flour is poured onto the working surface.
  2. Cut the chilled butter into cubes and add to the flour.
  3. We start to cut everything with a knife.
  4. After the mass becomes homogeneous, add salt, sugar and soda.
  5. We mix everything carefully and send into the fridge for half an hour.
  6. We proceed to the preparation of the filling and first grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  7. We add eggs, vanilla and sugar. And whisk a bit.
  8. In the end we add raisins.
  9. Take the dough, sprinkle it with the crumbs on the baking sheet (half of the required portion). Do not press it.
  10. Onto the top we put an even layer of stuffing.
  11. We pour out the dough crumbs again.
  12. We send them into an oven preheated up to 200 degrees. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
