Apple Crisp Blondie

Apple crisp makes a favorite fall dessert and this apple crisp blondie is no exception! All the flavors of apple crisp in an easy “blondie” recipe!

Cooking Time: 25minutes




  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup grated apple about 1 medium, drained
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

How To Prepare

    1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray an 8×8 baking pan or large pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
    2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add in egg, vanilla, salt, all-purpose flour and oats. Mix just until well-combined.
    3. Stir in grated apple and apple pie spice. Spread into prepared baking pan.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until set in the middle and lightly golden brown. Cool on a rack until completely cooled before cutting into pieces.
