How to cook lean pancakes

All in all you can cook a lot of delicious dishes. Nowadays contemporary people prefer to cook at home, even being busy. – Why? – The matter is that it is tastier and healthier at the same time, so the activity is worth to be tried.

If you like flour dishes, then we suggest you to cook some lean ones.

Pancakes turn out to be incredibly magnificent. Especially tasty they will be with jam.

What products to take

  • 4 cups — sifted flour;
  • 2 cups of warm water;
  • 10 grams of salt;
  • 3 tbsp. — sugar;
  • 10 g — yeast;
  • 3 tbsp. — vegetable refined oil;
  • for roasting — vegetable oil.

Begin to cook

  1. To water, we should add yeast, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and mix everything carefully.
  2. Then we pour inside the flour, but we do this gradually, carefully kneading it.
  3. We put the container with the dough into a warm place for half an hour.
  4. We heat in a small amount of oil in a frying pan.
  5. Put dough with the help of a tablespoon.
  6. Fry on moderate heat until a pleasant golden crust on each side.

How to cook lean pancakes

As you can see, all products are lean, when preparing pancakes we haven’t used any eggs. Nevertheless, they turn out to be delicious and are usually appreciated both by adults and by children. You can eat them with sour cream, jam and marmalade. All in all it is only up to you to decide what will be really better for you as well as for your surroundings. Enjoy your meal!
