What products to take
- 4 cups — sifted flour;
- 2 cups of warm water;
- 10 grams of salt;
- 3 tbsp. — sugar;
- 10 g — yeast;
- 3 tbsp. — vegetable refined oil;
- for roasting — vegetable oil.
Begin to cook
- To water, we should add yeast, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and mix everything carefully.
- Then we pour inside the flour, but we do this gradually, carefully kneading it.
- We put the container with the dough into a warm place for half an hour.
- We heat in a small amount of oil in a frying pan.
- Put dough with the help of a tablespoon.
- Fry on moderate heat until a pleasant golden crust on each side.
As you can see, all products are lean, when preparing pancakes we haven’t used any eggs. Nevertheless, they turn out to be delicious and are usually appreciated both by adults and by children.
