This beverage, just like the apple slushie, is quick and easy and perfect for a sunny afternoon.
- 490 g pineapple, diced
- 3 mango, diced
- 1 bottle brandy
- 240 ml non alcoholic red wine
- 720 ml pineapple juice
- 480 ml orange soda
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapples, mangoes, wine, brandy and pineapple juice. Stir until mixed.
2. Chill for at least 4 hours.
3. Add the soda, then serve with a pineapple wedge on each glass.
