Ingredients
- Sesame buns
- Sriracha mayo
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Bacon (cooked)
- Pineapple (grilled)
Jalapeño (cut in 1/2, grilled)
For the meat mixture :
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp lawry seasoned salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 pound elk (or beef)
Cooking Process
- Mix all your meat ingredients then treager (or BBQ) until your desired temperature.
- Put on a bun and add all your toppings on the burger and voila!! You have your spicy, savory, sweet bacon elk burger!!
