Amazing cake «Cherry Pleasure»

We present to your attention an insanely delicious souffle cake. Everyone likes it without exception. Very beautiful, gentle and refreshing. And with a cup of morning coffee is just amazing. Kids adore it. Perfectly suits both to the festive table, and just to please your family.

List of ingredients

For biscuit

  • 260 gr of flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 260 ml of water
  • 150 gr of granulated sugar
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soda
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar (9%)

For soufflé

  • 500 ml of cherry juice
  • 75 gr of granulated sugar
  • 40 gr of semolina
  • 12 g of gelatin

For the top

  • 35 g cocoa
  • 100 ml of water
  • 150 gr of granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • half a sachet of vanillin

Cooking process

  1. Start with a biscuit. To do this, add vegetable oil and vinegar in the water.
  2. Sift flour, soda and cocoa, add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Then combine the dry mixture with the liquid and knead the dough. The main thing in this process is to ensure that there are no dry lumps.
  4. Pour the dough into a mold and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After the required time, remove it and cool it on the grate.
  5. In this period we are going to prepare a souffle. First, soak gelatin in juice (only 70 ml) and leave for 40 minutes to swell.
  6. Cook semolina porridge. Then let it cool down.
  7. Gelatin is heated until the moment when it completely dissolves.
  8. Ready mannoi porridge, using a mixer, whisk until the weight begins to lighten. Then combine it with gelatin and continue the process.
  9. Take a split shape and lay the biscuit on the bottom. Then pour the prepared soufflé.
  10. Send it to the refrigerator for 5 hours (preferably at night).
  11. Cook the chocolate icing. Take the pan and pour the cocoa there and pour out the water. Put it on the fire and bring it to full dissolution. Then add the sugar and vanillin. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 more minutes.
  12. The cooled syrup is poured into a jar and stored in a refrigerator.
  13. After the required time, release the cake from the mold and water the glaze.
