Appetizing chocolate fondant

This is the most popular pastry to date. The truth is a bit capricious in cooking. It is possible that the first time you will not get the perfect filling. Therefore, sinter one cupcake and see the result. You may need to reduce or increase the temperature in the oven. Of the ingredients selected, 4 cupcakes will be obtained.

List of ingredients:

• chocolate 90% — 150 gr
• butter — 50 gr
• egg — 2 pieces
• sugar — 50 gr
• flour — 40 gr

Cooking process

1. In the cup, spread the chocolate, previously broken, and add the butter. Put the cup on a water bath and melt the ingredients until smooth. Leave them to cool down.
2. In another cup, beat the egg with sugar and pour in the cooled chocolate, mix it.
3. Add the flour and mix. The dough should not be thick, but not too liquid.
4. Then take the molds, smear them with oil and sprinkle with flour. Put in them a dough for 2/3 of the form.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 5-10 minutes. It depends on your oven.
6. Prepared dessert lightly cool, then put on a plate.
