These funny cakes, which are prepared from ordinary cookies, are called «Hedgehogs» and they will be appreciated both by adults and children. Their taste as well as the appearance are really great or even terrific.
And by the way, you won’t need much time or many skills to prepare them at home.
What products to take
- 100 g — peeled seeds;
- 800 g — sweet cookies;
- 4 tbsp — poppy;
- 2 cans — condensed milk;
- 1 package — butter;
- 150 g — powdered sugar;
- 4 tbsp — cocoa;
- some berries — barberry/
Begin to cook
- Chop the cookies into small pieces.
- Add powdered sugar together with cacao to the cookies and mix everything carefully.
- We pour condensed milk and put inside some softened or melted butter.
- Create the round balls, then form something slightly reminding the «nose». Now our balls look like the hedgehogs, don’t they? — After that don’t forget to add the superciliary arches.
- We roll them in the poppy, but at the same time leave the «muzzles» clear.
- Then we put the sample onto the dish.
- The seeds will be used for so called «spines», barberries for noses and eyes. Frankly speaking, you can use any berries you like, or even some raisins.
