Cake-baskets with coconut-banana cream

These are fantastic cakes with exotic taste! Such a dessert will not only delight guests, but also surprise everybody around.

Pie-baskets with coconut-banana cream can be prepared quite simply.The only thing you need to prepare in advance is a short dough. And then everything is as simple as that!

What products to take

  • 4 tbsp. — sugar;
  • 1 cup — milk;
  • 2/3 cup — grated finely pulp of coconut;
  • 1 cup — fat cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 2 egg yolks;
  • 2 tbsp. — flour;
  • 2/3 glass — sugar;
  • to taste — ready-made shortbread dough;
  • coconut chips;
  • salt

Begin to cook

  1. First of all we have to prepare the base. For this purpose we have to take the finished dough and press it on the molds.
  2. We pin the dough with a fork.
  3. We put the grated coconut pulp into the pan and mix with milk.
  4. We put everything on moderate fire and remove after boiling.
  5. Separately mix yolks, flour, eggs and sugar.
  6. This mass is laid out on the dough and we put the workpieces for half an hour into the fridge.
  7. We cut bananas into pieces and put them on the top.
  8. Bake in preheated up to 180 degrees oven until they are cooked.
  9. Cool it down.
  10. Whisk the cream, adding sugar and vanilla to taste. Mind that it should be thick.
  11. We arrange the cream on top of the cakes.
  12. On the top it is recommended to decorate everything with coconut shavings.
  13. We put it for 1 hour into the fridge, we serve it to the table.
