Pie-baskets with coconut-banana cream can be prepared quite simply.The only thing you need to prepare in advance is a short dough. And then everything is as simple as that!
What products to take
- 4 tbsp. — sugar;
- 1 cup — milk;
- 2/3 cup — grated finely pulp of coconut;
- 1 cup — fat cream;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 bananas;
- 2 egg yolks;
- 2 tbsp. — flour;
- 2/3 glass — sugar;
- to taste — ready-made shortbread dough;
- coconut chips;
- salt
Begin to cook
- First of all we have to prepare the base. For this purpose we have to take the finished dough and press it on the molds.
- We pin the dough with a fork.
- We put the grated coconut pulp into the pan and mix with milk.
- We put everything on moderate fire and remove after boiling.
- Separately mix yolks, flour, eggs and sugar.
- This mass is laid out on the dough and we put the workpieces for half an hour into the fridge.
- We cut bananas into pieces and put them on the top.
- Bake in preheated up to 180 degrees oven until they are cooked.
- Cool it down.
- Whisk the cream, adding sugar and vanilla to taste. Mind that it should be thick.
- We arrange the cream on top of the cakes.
- On the top it is recommended to decorate everything with coconut shavings.
- We put it for 1 hour into the fridge, we serve it to the table.
