Tasty cake «Rainbow» from pancakes

We present to your attention a recipe for a cake that will undoubtedly please your children. It’s just a wonderful rainbow dessert. Appearance fully corresponds to its name. The cake is tender, soft, soaked and just melts in the mouth. This delicacy will please, both with its taste qualities and beauty.

List of ingredients

For the dough
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
55 g melted butter
500 ml of milk
250 g of flour
food colorings

For cream
500 ml cream or sour cream
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
vanilla extract if desired

Cooking process

1. Combine eggs, sugar, vegetable and butter in a separate container.
2. Pour in the milk and, using a mixer, pour the flour. As a result, the liquid pancake dough should be gone.
3. Take 6-7 containers and pour the dough into them. The number of dishes depends on the amount of food colors. In each of them add 1-2 drops of dye.
4. Then bake thin pancakes.
5. Cooking cream: using a mixer, whip the cream together with sugar and vanilla extract.
6. Lubricate pancake cake with cream, spreading pancakes in colors. Then send the cake to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. During this time, it must soak.
