Chicken breasts, stuffed with delicious cheese filling, it’s not an ordinary dish. This is a real culinary masterpiece and a dream of every gourmet!
What products to take
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- 4 chicken breasts;
- 100 g — soft cheese (better goat cheese);
- 200 g — smoked bacon;
- 4 stalks of green onions;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- to taste — Provencal herbs;
- ground black pepper.
Begin to cook
- We clear garlic, add pepper, salt, herbs and then rub it in a mortar.
- Chop the finely the green onions, mix them with garlic.
- We add cheese. Stir everything carefully. The filling is ready.
- We wash chicken breasts and dry them. Don’t forget to make the cuttings from the side. They should resembles pockets.
- We beat off the meat a bit.
- Pockets are filled with prepared stuffing.
- Bacon is cut into strips and they have to wrap the chicken breasts.
- We put everything into a baking dish, cover with olive oil, season with pepper and salt.
- We put into an oven preheated up to 180 degrees and bake for half an hour.
