In the very beginning we would like to mention that as the practice shows Uzbek cuisine is considered to be very popular all over the world. You can meet its dishes almost everywhere. Sometimes people even don’t know the dishes of which country they are eating.

List of required products
- tomatoes — 2 items;
- potatoes — 10 items;
- chicken — 1 kg;
- carrots — 1 item;
- onion — 2 items;
- vegetable oil — 1 glass.
Begin to cook
- Cut potatoes into four pieces, fry them in deep-frying and allow the oil to drain.
- Then fry the chicken over a high heat, pull it out and drain the excess oil.
- Lay out the layers of chicken, onions (cut into rings), potatoes, carrots and tomatoes. From the top you can optionally add greenery and garlic.
- Pour everything with 0.5 cups of boiled water, close the lid and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
